I saw my first Eastern Phoebe of the year at the Slate Run Historical Farm on 3-25-07.

I also saw a strange looking Northern Cardinal at the Slate Run wetland area. It was gray instead of brown and looked just like a Pyrrhuloxia! I didn't see any other Cardinals in the area. It was briefly at the feeder located next to the picnic shelter next to the parking lot. I didn't get a long look at it, just enough to see the gray body and red crest. I trained my binoculars on it because the gray was very distinct.

The Slate Run Metro Park is located south east of Columbus off of SR 674.
