Sorry for the late post, this is from about 7:30ish pm on the 30th of April. On the way back from Troy, OH tonight, swung by the gravel pits / Englewood North Metropark on Old Springfield Rd. outside Union, OH. Spotted a pair of COMMON LOON [new one for the life list !] in the gravel pit! Luckily, I've learned to keep my binocs and scope in the 'boot' of the MINI, so we could get a good look at them! For those of you who like your lists...the following are what we spotted in the 10 mins we were there.
