There was a nice movement of birds this morning.  Unfortunately things slowed down pretty quick.  By 8:30 only gulls were flying.  There was a good movement of dunlin with 578 seen.  A single red phalarope was observed flying west.  It was not with the dunlin.  Also of interest was a lone surf scoter.
