Yesterday (Sat 11/24) Columbus Audubon had a field trip to Greenlawn
Cemetery in southwest Columbus. Best bird of the morning was Pine Siskin. A
flock of 20+ was found in an evergreen east of section marker 58. They were
skittish but intent on eating, and we were able to watch them for at least
10-15 minutes before they took off. Best mammal of the morning was Coyote. A
couple started howling in the fields/woods near the entrance when some
emergency vehicles with blaring sirens went by. No sign of the Merlin
unfortunately.

Northern Mockingbird

Yellow-rumped Warbler (1 female)

White-throated Sparrow

Dark-eyed Junco

Northern Cardinal

House Finch

Pine Siskin

American Goldfinch
