Su, Here is the list of birds today at my feeder in Amish Country. The birds had a difficult day with a persistent Cooper's hawk, which I chased numerous times, plus the wind. I think that's why I didn't have as many goldfinches as usual. Most birds for one species: Cardinal with 33 at one time at dusk. The best: I guess it would have to be the red-breasted nuthatch that is still here. I'm missing species that are normally here at this time of the year. 1- Cooper's Hawk ( A real pest today) 2- Mourning Dove 3-Red-bellied Woodpecker 4- Hairy WP 5- Downy WP 6- N.
