Ohio Birders, I don't want to speak for Chuck Anderson who is the owner of rarebird.org, but indeed he is experiencing problems with the website. He explained it a bit to me last night, but the long and short of it is, he is aware of it, is working on it and I would expect it to be up and running again soon.
