Hello Ohio Birders, Around 11 am this morning on High St., Worthington about 100 yards south of the main fire station (cor. Worthington-Galena Rd.) a flock of about 20 cedar waxwings flew over at treetop level, heading southeast. In their midst was a larger, bulkier bird with all the "jizz" of a bohemian waxwing, but between poor light and movement (birds and myself) I did not get a clear look. I pulled a few James-Bondian maneuvers through Old Worthington but the flock apparently did not land. I'm posting this to alert birders in Worthington and North Columbus to carefully look over cedar waxwng flocks -- there may be something of greater interest. Happy Birding, Dave Horn Columbus ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
