After many years of trying to locate a Red-tailed Hawk nest in and around
the cemetery there has been success! Today I observed the female incubating
eggs, the male was close by being bombarded by the female Merlin.
If this Merlin stays tomorrow it will be a new late date for the cemetery.
Also observed:
Great Blue Heron
American Robin
Dark-eyed Junco
American Goldfinch
On the sandpit ponds:
American Coot
Ring-billed Gull
Ring-neck Duck
Mallard
Canada Geese
Lou Gardella
