Good morning! Well, after a brisk and invigorating stroll, this morning, to photograph the winter wonderland, I noticed that a few doors down, my neighbor's feeder was teeming with activity. Just walking by, I counted 7 grackles 3 starlings 4 purple finches 3 b.c. chickadees 2-3 house sparrows 1 chipping sparrow 3 am. robins 4 n.a. cardinals 2 mourning doves 2 tufted titmice and what looked like a redpoll, but I can't be sure: no tele on the camera I was using and, well, constant wind and snow in the eyes...just an off-color and stumpy looking "finch." Oh, and did I mention the Cooper's Hawk about 20 feet up in the tree across the street watching said feeder? :) Anyway, I hope you're all warm and safe. Happy snowy birding!
