I went to the power plant in Eastlake Sunday afternoon and was surprised the gates were opened. The lake looked pretty frozen up there were two openings - one to the east by the Chagrin River but it was hard to see. To the west there were many ducks by the west breakwall. I couldn't find anything unusual but did see some variety.
