Blendon Woods is located in the northeast corner of Columbus off of I270 & Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit. Last night we had a Woodcock Program at Cherry Ridge Area. It is a good place to view the woodcock flight because the sky is lighted by downtown Columbus. We had at least 15 flights by 3 different woodcocks. Twice one of the woodcocks landed within 12 yards of me. The 1st time it was light enough to see it's eyeball as it said "Peent" many times.
