I decided to walk along the Delaware Run this morning, and was amply rewarded. The run was abundant with warblers, including BLUE-WINGED, PARULA, OVENBIRD, PROTHONOTARY, and HOODED. I also had INDIGO BUNTING and ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK. I had 3 SWAINSON'S THRUSHES, and a single GRAY-CHEEKED THRUSH, which gave several good looks. BLUE-HEADED, WHITE-EYED and RED-EYED VIREOS were present, along with EASTERN KINGBIRDS. A BALTIMORE ORIOLE sang once. RED-BREASTED NUTHATCHES are still around, with two birds in two different areas.
