Did a quick run of O'Shaughnessy Reservoir in northwest Columbus
today.  A surprise was a Franklin's gull preening in the water just
north of the zoo.

Also of note was a pair of bald eagles flying north along the
reservoir.  Other than those sightings, there were dozens of
migrating turkey vultures and a pair of hooded mergansers.
