1. American Woodcock - 3 singing and 2 flying by first pond on the left past BOBS at 8:30 pm Boardwalk at Magee 1. Northern Saw-whet Owl - just before Ernie's bench on right side in blow down. 2. Eastern Screech Owl - calling and then seen 2 feet from top of dead tree in knot hole on left side at # 6. 3. L. Waterthrush - great views at # 12. 4. Yellow-rumped Warblers - everywhere!!! 5. Brown Thrasher - seen early in day. 6. Sora - heard near # 14 and at 20B. 7. Rusty Blackbirds - great views at # 11 flipping leaves!! 8. G.C. & R.C. Kinglets 9. American Tree Sparrows 10. D.E. Juncos 11. Song Sparrows 12. White-throated & Fox Sparrows - nice looks and singing!!!! 13. Tree Swallows - 75 + in parking lot at dusk, awesome swam!! 14. Eastern Phoebe - singing and fly catching in the evening. 15. Y.b. Sapsuckers - one at east end of boardwalk. 16. Winter Wrens - only 4. 17. Hermit Thrush and A. Robins - everywhere ! 18. Gadwall, N. Shoveler, R.n. ducks, L. Scaup, Mallards, A. Black ducks, Blue-winged Teal 19. Wood ducks - came to roost in large E. Cottonwoods on the boardwalk just before sunset !!! Mary L.
