This afternoon the Darke County Birders went to the Darke Wildlife Area to look for rails. No luck on the rails. Top birds for the afternoon were 5 hooded mergansers and 3 swamp sparrows. Later, I checked out some flooded fields west of Greenville and found 21 greater yellowlegs.
