A very late (or excessively early) PALM WARBLER was seen yesterday at Arcola Creek Estuary in extreme northeast Lake County.  The bird was seen foraging on the beach.  When I approached closer it took off and headed east along the lakeshore. Also seen in the marsh there were singing least bittern, sora, alder flycatcher, and marsh wren.
