My Dad and I went to the Hilliard Bike Trail this morning to see if we could find the Bell's Vireos. The bird was along the trail, directly across from Homestead Park (roughly between the large water tower and the park) singing incessantly. It does not appear to be too concerned with the dozens of bikers/joggers/roller bladers zipping by constantly. After watching and listening for several minutes, it flew further to the west along the trail. We walked a couple of hundred yards, past the field at the west end of the park, and came to another spot that had at least two Bell's Vireos singing simultaneously. Other birds observed included Orchard Orioles, Willow Flycatchers, Tree Swallows, and Yellow Warblers. If anyone needs more detailed instructions for finding the bird(s), feel free to contact me offline.
