This was posted on the PA listserv today. Since Pymatuning Lake is partially in Ohio, I thought it was of interest for Ohio birders.

Today the Pennsylvania Ornithological Records Committee received photo
documentation of an adult male Black-bellied Whistling Duck that was
trapped, banded and released at Pymatuning WMA, Crawford Co. 8/31/2008.
I have no further word on follow-up sightings.
