Public Square in downtown Cleveland today held a late Blackpoll Warbler and an Ovenbird. Both birds joined dozens of White-throated Sparrows that continue to scratch around in the Northeast quadrant despite the reduction in cover after the hostas and other ornamentals were cut down for the fall. Last Friday, a Hermit Thrush was in that same quadrant.

Good birding.
