I have lived about 250 yards south of the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes for over 35 years and had a feeder first this week, a male pileated woodpecker at my suet feeder March 18th and my husband saw it again at the feeder this morning (Sunday). Since pileated woodpeckers are seldom seen in Shaker Heights, I thought it was worth reporting.
