Robert Epstein and I saw at least 6 Smith's Longspurs today, Friday, at noon in Mercer County. 5 of them were flying and one with breeding plumage was walking in the cornfield 20 feet away.

We also saw 2 Eurasian Collared Doves in Celina across Market street from the grain elevator.
