Greetings birders -

This a.m. in the 'burbs of west Cleveland there was movement from last night's wave of migrants - in the way of a single male Rose-breasted Grosbeak and several Chimney Swifts. At Edgewater State Park there was a host of swallows - Tree and Barn - plus a half dozen Caspian Terns. I didn't stick around long enough to check for a hawk flight, but at 8:30 a.m., there, there was only two Turkey Vultures and a single Red-tail moving hard east along the lake. Could be good there today. Local Cleveland parks should be hopping today with new diversity.

Bring on the waves.
