At about 3PM today at the west end of the lake behind "The Avion Banquet Center", on Western Reserve Road, west of the Ohio Turnpike, were 2 White-winged Scoters. A very nice variety of waterfowl totaling 15 species, plus Horned and Pied-billed Grebe, were also present. There was a torrential rain combined with strong winds! The resident Bald Eagles at the "Mill Creek Sanctuary" were visible in the background to the south.
