After returning from 5 great days at the International Migratory Bird Weekend at Magee Marsh, Ottawa NWR, and BSBO, we returned home to apparently quite a surprise. There appears to be an immature pine siskin using our birdbath and thistle feeder. Very tiny pointed beak, heavily streaked, lots of down feathers hanging out of various areas. Shows some yellow feathers in wings and tail. Will try to get pictures; however, we are still in the analog age photographywise. Hope I can remember to how to use this old Pentax 1000 when it's screwed onto the old Kowa with fluorite lens. Wish us luck, Old Ed and Bev **************Recession-proof vacation ideas.
