I was doing some park surveys today at one of our properties along Big Creek in Leroy Township, I ran into a warbler I didn't recognize. I stood watching it and within seconds a Nashville warbler flew in and fed it. The adult and juvenile flew a short distance into some denser vegetation and a second adult then came in with food. They seemed to spend their entire time feeding this one bird so it did not appear that there were more than one young. While watching them, in the distance, I could hear Kentucky warbler and a dark-eyed junco. Elsewhere on the area there is a large stand of conifers. In that area there was a red-breasted nuthatch and pine warbler.
