Sorry for the late post. Arriving just as a massive thunderstorm hit Conneaut a little after 7p, I observed what I thought was probably the stint, but in the failing light and heavy wind I couldn't be sure enough, unfortunately. The storm passed by 7:40, and from then until dusk the stint was NOT relocated. A juvenile Wilson's Phalarope was the best of the birds seen after the storm... Not sure if it was already there before the storm though.
