From my backyard in Ashtabula County, northeast Ohio. Flocks of cedar waxwings are still everywhere and good numbers of song sparrows and robins are gathering or moving through. Saw two White-throated Sparrows on the 19th. Sept. 18 - warblers - C. Yellowthroat, 5 Ovenbird Magnolia, 2 ? Blackpoll ? A. Redstart Black-throated Green - others - Rose-breasted Grosbeak, 3 Ruby-throated Hummingbird, low numbers Warbling Vireo, singing Red-eyed Vireo Field Sparrow Sept. 19 - warblers - C. Yellowthroat, 4 Nashville, 4 Magnolia, 2 Black-throated Green - others - E. Phoebe, singing Ruby-throated Hummingbird Red-eyed Vireo White-throated Sparrow, 2 Red-shouldered Hawk Bald Eagle, adult, soaring Sept. 20 - warblers - C. Yellowthroat, 7 A. Redstart, 2 Black-throated Green, 3 Magnolia, 2 Nashville - others - E.
