I started wondering how the rain had altered the terrain at Frohring, so ran over to have a look. The new scrape is starting to fill with water.....lots of biggish puddles. One Common Snipe, two Spotted Sandpipers, and an unidentified pair in flight. The usual killdeer, 28. Little flocks of American Pipits. Still meadowlarks, and lots of savannah sparrows. A few palm warblers. Inga Schmidt ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
