Larry Richardson and Jan Auburn joined me this morning. There were a fair number of birds moving on the lake with most of the ducks passing by the last couple hours. Of interest were 4 brant and 3 surf scoters. There were 11 other scoters but they were too far to identify. There was a large group of Bonaparte's that were feeding over a mile offshore. they were too far out to search for rarities. There were lots of migrant songbirds around also.
