Besides the waterfowl reported by Ken and Julie Davis, in the woodlot below Hoover there was a Ruby-crowned Kinglet and several Yellow-rumped Warblers. Two Pileated Woodpeckers were also present there feeding on berries. In Hoover Meadows an Eastern Towhee was present. Across the Licking Co. line by the egg farms, there were several Lapland Longspurs amongst the massive Horned Lark flocks on Tagg Road. I didn't see any Snow Buntings.
