Greetings once more,

Yes, the Eurasian Wigeon is still finding something good at the Paulding Sewage Lagoons. When I checked at 11:00 this morning, I learned that the bird had been seen but was flushed, along with most of the rest of the ducks, by a dog; however, following lunch, the birds had returned, and the offending dog was no where to be seen. The Eurasian Wigeon was swimming happily about, apparently unperturbed by the earlier incident.

The Paulding sewage lagoons can be found on Page 34 of the Delorme Atlas about 1 1/2 miles northeast of Paulding. Index location is between C and D north and south and number 3 east and west. They show up as two blue rectangles next to Flat Rock Creek. Anyone wishing further details can contact me by email or telephone at 419-258-4951.

Bird long and prosper,
