I saw an american kestrel doing courtship feeding with another kestrel yesterday on the Rio Grande Campus.  The kestrel was next to an east facing cavity on a sycamore tree. I think the chances are good that they will nest there.  Later on that day i saw the male doing aerial dives for the female.  I am looking forward to watching these guys for the rest of the semester. The sycamore tree is located between wood hall and the cafeteria if anyone is interested in watching them. You can see them from the picnic tables beside the basketball court. Good birding!
