Hi All,
Just got a call from a guy I work with whose mother-in-law has a somewhat
tame rock dove/pigeon at her house wearing two leg bands. One is a black
band around one leg and the other is a white band with 1420 IFBD 2009 on
it. Does this sound like any study you may be aware of or I'm wondering
if it might be a racing pigeon that became lost and grounded itself. Just
thought I would throw this out in case someone might be clued in as to
where I might look to find out where it may have come from. Thanks.
