After looking around the new cemetery on Green Road, the Cleveland
Memorial
Gardens.....you can see from one end to the other from one spot, with
nary a tree
or tombstone to obscure your view.....I drove over to the adjacent
office buildings to see what birds
could find a niche in that stretch of glass and asphalt.

There, clinging to the roof of the PNC building was an immature
peregrine.
The building is only 4 stories high so I was able to get a really good
look at him.
After a bit he flew off his perch, a bit aimlessly, and immediately
attracted the
attentions of an eastern kingbird. He relocated to the south side of the
building.

This is only a few miles from the Tower East peregrines (Shaker Hts.)
so perhaps one of
their successes.
