Howdy All! I just got another call from Jen Brumfield. She has news that Jerry Talkington found a Long-tailed Jaeger at Conneaut that lit on the water and photos have been attempted. I have no more news on this bird. I suppose there is a possibility that the bird observed by Jen earlier this morning cruising with the wind might have reached Conneaut in the 1.5 hr time difference in sightings. No Long-tailed Jaegers have blown over here in Sugarcreek. (Rats haha) I have seen one larger group of Barn Swallows and a couple small groups of Chimney Swifts pass through. Turkey Vultures are in good supply as well as a few Red-tailed Hawks and some American Kestrels. Even though the clouds look dark today, the radar remains clear over the state. -Greg Miller Sugarcreek, OH ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
