The winds are blowing here...................who knows what they will blow in.....................lots of tundra swans in the area, but not many ducks! Our road beyond the Bird Center will be closed through tomorrow for a controlled deer hunt. Saturday will be our Holiday Open House from 1-5............lots of great ideas for birders. ONWR and BSBO will also be having their open houses at the same time..................... I just was on a webinar for a book review of a new book that all birdwatchers should add to their collection: The American Bird Conservancy's Guide to Bird Conservation Put it on your Christmas list or just buy one for yourself.
