The Long-tailed Duck and the Ross's Goose where still visible from the south beach at East Fork SP this morning. The goose was with a group of Canada Geese in the middles of the lake. Kirk and I watched him for a short time then he flew and last we saw the goose it was heading over the hill on the north side of the lake. There are a lot of birds on the lake including two adult and two juvenile Bald Eagles who were hanging out on the ice. I watched one of the juveniles land on the water and float like a goose. ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
