I went to Spring Valley WA after work this evening. There is some open
water in the marsh area and the pond portion is still frozen. I did see
two Spring Peepers and heard another.

Canada Geese are pairing up. There were dozens of Common Grackles mixed
in the hundreds of Redwing Blackbirds. Brown-headed Cowbirds were also
present but in low numbers. I could not make out any Rusty Blackbirds.

At 6:44 I could hear a Woodcock in flight.
