This bird was seen again about 10 mins ago by a small group of us. It was just north of the dam.

The Royal Tern was observed by multiple folks about an hour ago. It's flying around the dam. I have less than optimal photos I'll try to put online later.

Just had this bird fly by headed north at the walnut st boat launch. Field marks look good for royal (vs caspian) lighter bill color, lighter underwing, smaller/daintier look. Of note, the bird has more black on the forehead than I was expecting, but still has some white at the front. May be molting from juvenile to adult plumage. Off to try and get pics. Good luck all!
