I had a little time (around 8:45 AM) to look for the Lark Sparrow today. I
relocated it east of the Student Services (Galleria) building foraging on
the ground with some Dark-eyed Juncos and Chipping Sparrows. It is much more
skittish than the other birds and it flew to a nearby oak. It gets better -
it began to sing! I wasn't expecting to find it again so this was an extra
special surprise.
