A yellow-headed blackbird was seen this afternoon on the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge at the east end of Veler Road. It has been frequenting the feeders at the house just before the end of the road. The feeders are in the spruce tree in the front yard. But please be aware there is a large picture window on the other side of the feeders. So it would be best to scan before you are directly in front of the house. Rebecca E.
