This evening I walked the Jane Coates Wildflower Trail on South Bass Island.
after finishing a garlic mustard pull with the local 4-H club. I had noticed
alot of bird activity so took a walk after the kids left.
I saw the following birds almost at my feet in most cases-all lower than 10'

American Redstarts (many)
Chestnut-sided Warbler (many)
Magnolia Warblers
Palm Warbler
Canada Warbler
Tennessee Warblers
Blackburnian Warbler
Wood Thrush
Swainson's Thrush
Eastern Phoebe
