Yesterday afternoon I came across a pair of flycatchers in the lower area of Lakeview Cemetery near the bridge (road) over the brook that feeds the two ponds, not sure but would guess yellow-bellied. Also, most of the week just downstream from there have been Am. Redstarts and yellow warblers. Behind Wade Chapel by the pond with the fountain have also been yellow warblers, Am. Redstarts, magnolias, Eastern Kingbirds, and house wrens nesting in the box on the east side. Last Saturday there was a Cooper's hawk on the west side of this pond playing ring around the tree trunk with a squirrel, in the rain. Flycatchers here and wren here, last 4 photos: http://www.pbase.com/tileman533/2011&page=14 Denny McDonnell Euclid ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
