Sorry, Ohio! You need to select the referenced blog line as well as the following un-high-lighted line to have the right URL. Weird, it did not work that way on Michigan list. - "Dr. Bob" -----Original Message----- From: Ohio birds [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Robert Setzer Sent: Friday, June 17, 2011 9:01 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: [Ohio-birds] Review of the new eBird from a "common man" and a procrastinator Birders: Enamored! I use this word for loving it - (not to confuse with my LOVE for Judy). I just put out a new blog to express my thoughts on the new eBird. I suspect if this were a book, they would have sent me one, or certainly after this review (Hey, whatcha got Cornell???), they would do so now. Always dreaming . I posted my comments (a "ramble") on my blog. Yes, I love it! And, yes, I well remember making my New Year's resolution to keep up with recording my daily records in eBird. You will see that I am behind - but not as much as last year - from which I may never recover. I keep daily records, but sometimes I lack impetus. The joy of activity in the present often overrides the recording of memories from the past. (. and, you can quote me on this - I actually think it is a great quote - I said it myself .) I will do better this year. And, better yet, I have great new tool to make data entry so much faster! I will be up to date after this weekend - he says . I give many well-deserved kudos to the eBird team! Thanks!!! I am enamored! Check it out - I even dropped in screen pics: http://drbobsbirdblog.blogspot.com/2011/06/2011-06-17-new-ebird-much-nicer-c ommon.html "Dr. Bob" Setzer Streamwood Estates, Rochester Hills (Crooks & Hamlin), Oakland County "Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day."
