Greetings all- two Whimbrel were reported via ebird today at Conneat Harbor, by observer J. Harvey. That's all the details I have. This is the best site in Ohio to find this species during migration. By nature of the species, it typically does not hang around very long; often seen as a drop-in for 20 minutes to a few hours, or just as an exciting flyby. Check the breakwalls in harbors; they often stand and rest out on rocky jetties.
