I went to Villa Angela and Wildwood State Parks today in Cleveland from 12:30 to 2pm. Besides being very buggy it had just started to rain slightly when I found a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH bobbing its tail high in a tree that hung over the west side of Euclid Creek on the Wildwood side. This was less than 200 ft north of Lakeshore Blvd. It started to lightning so I didn't hang around much longer. Also seen two Green Herons flying above the creek calling and a Carolina Wren purring on the northern tip of the island along the creek in Wildwood. Saw one immature Black-crowned Night-Heron on 8/11 along east side of creek south of the island in the late afternoon. Distant picture taken of waterthrush.
