Hi Paul, A Short-tailed Hawk was reported from Mentor on May 17, 2006. I may have jumped the gun, but it looks like this bird might not have been accepted by the records committee? Apologies. (nb, I in no way want to cast aspersions on the original observers, or the Ohio Records Committee with this posting!)
