Stopped for a short time this afternoon at Darby Creek Wetlands and unfortunately did not find anything of any great interest other than 40-50 Tundra Swans and the usual larks, Tree, and Song Sparrows. Being just a short distance away, I decided to head to Prairie Oaks since it has been quite fruitful this year. Around 5 pm I was able to locate two Trumpeter Swans on the lake to the left as you enter the Twin Lakes entrance. I was able to run to the car to get the scope to look for a couple field markers. Trumpeter Swans indeed! Good Birding, Jeff ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
