Ohio Birders, The end of the month is nearing, and we're anxious to get started working on the Atlas book. After April, we are going to officially close the online data-entry so that we can begin analyzing the atlas data. Every record counts: login to our website (http://bird.atlasing.org/Atlas/OH/) or contact us today to get your records in our database. Also, if you know anyone who works for any parks or conducts any bird surveys in the state, let us know. Any survey data or trip checklists can contain important observations. The outings or surveys do not have to be "breeding bird specific." All we need is a location and a date to add a species to an Atlas block. If you have observations to submit, but are concerned about the deadline, let us know so we can plan for your data or assist with entry. We will make every effort to include your observations in the Atlas. Please contact me by email of phone if you have any questions. Happy birding!
