Arrived 2:30 -3:00 pm.  The ibis was visible from the NE corner. In spite
of the glare, I could see the light blue border above and below the gray
face without any light border behind the eye.  By walking west on the north
dike to get a better view, I accidentally flushed the bird.  It soared
high.  I thought Oh no.  I scared it away.  So, I walked back to the NE
corner where I met Micki Dunakin and her sister.  As we talked, the Ibis
returned.  If you go, try to not show this bird your profile against the
open horizon.  Stay hidden behind the willows.
